Welcome

I’m Willier, a Psychology graduate and trainee psychotherapist, currently completing a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy at Griffith College through ICHAS. I take an integrative approach, combining empathy with practical, evidence-based tools from CBT, ACT, and Person-Centred approaches.
In my practice I offer a space where clients can feel heard, supported, and understood. I bring together deep listening and a safe, empathetic environment with practical tools and strategies to help you create meaningful, lasting change.
I am currently seeing clients online via Turn2Me, and providing in-person sessions at Rathgar Consultancy Centre in Dublin, supporting people with a broad range of emotional and psychological concerns in a safe and confidential setting.
I’m fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and I deeply value the richness that cultural diversity brings to the therapeutic space.

What we can work on together
My approach is grounded in integrative psychotherapy, which brings together techniques from different therapeutic traditions. This allows me to tailor the work to each client’s unique needs while still offering a clear, cohesive framework. More specifically, I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centred Therapy (PCT). These are evidence-based approaches for:
- Enhancing clarity and emotional well-being.
-
Practical strategies for dealing with daily challenges.
-
Increased psychological flexibility.
-
Connecting with your values and developing skills for a calmer and more meaningful life.
-
Interpersonal relationships and communication.
-
Masculinities and contemporary experiences of manhood.
-
Life transitions and meaning-making.
-
Multicultural and multilingual therapeutic engagement.
-
Managing anxiety, stress, depression, grief, addiction, emotional regulation, and more.
